Our Infamous Pesto Zoodles
Trying to keep it low carb and looking for a healthy swap for pasta? One of our favourite pasta swaps is switching them out for some zoodles, aka spiralized zuchinni!
Our Vegan Pesto Zoodles have been a huge hit at The Living Cafe. Fresh zucchini noodles tossed in our signature vegan pesto with cherry tomatoes and topped with our housemade vegan parmesan crumb, this will definitely hit the spot!
3 tbsp The Living Pantry Vegan Pesto
2 Cherry Tomatoes
1 tbsp The Living Pantry Vegan Parmesan
Spiralise the zuchinni
Add 3 tbsp of pesto to the spiralised zucchini and mix well
Twirl the zucchini zoodles around a fork and place on a plate. Top with alfalfa sprouts and sprinkle with the vegan parmesan. Place 4 cheery tomato halves on plate
