We regularly run detox and wellness programmes in our clinic at Balanced Living where participants follow an eating plan that is tailored to the needs of the client and the goals they want to achieve.

The following meal plan is from our 30 Day Gut Makeover Programme that we run in September which focuses on removing inflammatory foods from the diet and introducing nourishing foods to help the gut to rest, restore and heal.
